We loved the convenient location, the clean room, exceptionally comfortable bed and the well-run breakfast, which was included. The breakfast had a juice machine with decent orange juice, a coffee machine, tea, 2 cereals with milk, several types of toast with grape jam or peanut butter, bagels with cream cheese, a waffle maker, a pancake maker, normal and light yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Phenomenal. The women running it both days were right on top of everything keeping it stocked and tidy. The cleanliness score on the wall was 100. This was great. Also, our AC worked well and we found the place to be quiet and guests to be courteous. Parking was no problem. Bryson was a short drive in but we decided to have dinner in Sylva and Dillsboro, both lovely towns nearby. Sylva was more hopping with breweries and had a longer walk down Main St. Dillsboro has the best BBQ and a good farm to gable restaurant. We both also enjoyed Bryson and really liked tubing.

Room and shower were very clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice to have washer/dryer on site, as we had to use the facility. However, when I booked I requested bottom floor, if NO elevator. I found out when we arrived there was no elevator and he put us on second floor. This was very inconvenient. He could have done something else. Also, I found the breakfast buffet not very good. To us, this was "Junk" food. This hotel was a bit out of the way for us.

Hello, Through this message, the 11 French bikers would like to thank you for your welcome and your sympathy. Our trip on Route 61, Great Smoky Mountains and Route 66 in USA for 4800kms was fantastic, full of images and unforgettable moments thanks to you. Each stage was like the course, friendly and welcoming!!!! One word comes to mind: THANK YOU SO MUCH Patrick BOIFFARD The Group Leader

Clean, comfortable room with updated furniture and fixtures. George at the front desk was courteous, professional and welcoming. The property was very quiet — a bit of a “low season” vibe — so I was able to sleep soundly and undisturbed. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive enough for a complete meal. The 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate self-service station was quite welcome and nicely stocked.

Check in was fast and flawless. Very Friendly from front desk to housekeeping. Facility and room was clean. No elevator , not really that big of an issue since hotel is not all that big. Only two floors. If you find yourself in Bryson City. Be sure to stop by Everett St diner for the most amazing Breakfast you will ever eat . The hotel and the diner make for a nice stay.
