We loved the convenient location, the clean room, exceptionally comfortable bed and the well-run breakfast, which was included. The breakfast had a juice machine with decent orange juice, a coffee machine, tea, 2 cereals with milk, several types of toast with grape jam or peanut butter, bagels with cream cheese, a waffle maker, a pancake maker, normal and light yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Phenomenal. The women running it both days were right on top of everything keeping it stocked and tidy. The cleanliness score on the wall was 100. This was great. Also, our AC worked well and we found the place to be quiet and guests to be courteous. Parking was no problem. Bryson was a short drive in but we decided to have dinner in Sylva and Dillsboro, both lovely towns nearby. Sylva was more hopping with breweries and had a longer walk down Main St. Dillsboro has the best BBQ and a good farm to gable restaurant. We both also enjoyed Bryson and really liked tubing.

Very very old property being renovated and open during renovation. The bathroom had a very old and stained tub. Several old unused phone jacks sat in walls needing repair. The elevator floor had several broken and not repaired tiles. All rooms open directly to the outdoor balconies. Our room had no phone to contact the front desk. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Workman told us the present owner had bought the property "as is" and in that condition it was really bad. I wish booking.com would have inspected the property before agreeing to rent this place.

The facility is well maintained, room was a little small, but exceptionally clean. Bed and down pillows were quite comfy, the TV new, and the wi-fi signal strong. Pool was super clean, and refreshing...The Sleep-Inn is conveniently located minutes from downtown Bryson City and right off the 74 bypass (cutting the drive time to Cherokee and Great Smoky Mtns. Natl. Park). The continental breakfast has many options and was diligently maintained. All of the staff are polite, friendly and focused on providing a wonderful stay for the guests............Good job !

Extremely accommodating as I had been dropped at the hospital by ambulance so I didn’t have any actual identification, credit cards, cash. And it was after midnight And the desk clerk was extremely helpful in allowing me to go ahead and book my room Very grateful for the online capacity as it would’ve been very difficult after being in the hospital all night to be sitting out on a park bench by myself !

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location and perfect for a short stay for my family of 3. We stayed for our trip on the Polar Express and they fit the theme perfectly with their huge Christmas Tree in the lobby. Made us feel like being in our matching pj's as we left for our journey wasn't so awkward after all. Lol! Plus the staff is super friendly.
